Total Character Makeover is kind of a blanket replacer for nearly every NPC in the game but it’s not as high quality as more focused NPC mods like the Bijin series, but it’s a good mod to use as a base. Beauty of Skyrim, it’s massive but it covers everything.I didn't even consider adding on top of TCM. I've been using WICO for a long time and adding anything on top of that is a big no-no so I just assumed it was the same for all overhauls.
