Today I called Yardworks about the defect of their product--Lawn Sweeper. The customer service told me that they know the problem and already noticed Menards and other stores. If what he said was true, it means Menards intentionally hided problem of the item and didn't tell customers before they purchase and assemble it. It's terrible if it's true!
