I do not hear the sound at idle. For me the process of adjusting the valves on my car is new and I had a hard time finding the right numbers for intake and exhaust valves. For those of you who are missing the sticker under the hood and have J35Z1 engine (I’m not sure about the other engines) here are the numbers: Intake: 0.22 mm +- 0.02 mm. It's not unusual to get +/-5% but when you get to 10%, it usually means there's something fishy going on. I'm guessing that the air/fuel ratio is still off due to injectors or valves. I should have kept track of the injectors and put the front to the back and vice versa to see if the problem switched cylinder banks.

The significant issue with Honda valve adjustment is due to exhaust valve seats compressing into the cylinder head casting ...A lot of other engine brands don't live to the point they need their valves adjusted, or they self adjust.
