Comparing Wii U version and Switch version is like comparing a console game with a PC game. Try using unsafe mode in the CPU settings, testing the performance tweaks, it will make the game run faster. As for the 60 FPS, have in mind that the 60 FPS DLC is the only way to go above the 30 FPS, you can download the DLC from Yuzu website.
Yeah you can do 4k 60 fps all day long in botw with tons of other graphical mods. No comparison go cemu. Cemu runs the game1000000 times faster than yuzu. Try the cemv version for the Best botw experience. Cemu runs significantly better and as far as I know mods run great.
