Pates Spear is alright too. Halberds: Syans Halberd and Helix Halberd are the best for DEX. Powerstanced Helix Halberds are a blast on DEX builds. Reapers: Great Scythe is decent for damage, and Full Moon Sickle is great for bleed. Whips: Almost all of them have a niche, either for poison, bleed, or damage. I personally use a Lightning infused Priest Chime for Miracles, arguably second only to the Dragon Chime, but with the huge benefit of being obtainable much earlier on. And the Rapier certainly isn't a STR weapon but it has pretty mediocre DEX scaling (and is a DPS machine in spite of this -- mostly because it's fast enough to take advantage of the damage boost rings in the game)
