The cloud DVR can be accessed on any of the streaming devices and I plan to switch to Xumo once the DVRs need to be replaced. If you are not seeing cloud DVR on those supported devices you would need to call in to make sure cloud DVR is on your account and if so have them refresh the entitlements on your account. I’m using a ROKU 4k streaming stick to access the Spectrum app. On my great room TV we can set recordings, watch recorded shows, but when on My Library and DVR, the section where future recordings should show they don’t. All I see is a screen telling my how to set a. recording and a link to the GUIDE.
