Entry sensor not responding simplisafe.
Had Simplisafe almost 2 months. Today, just before 7am, , this appeared: Entry Sensor "Office" is not responding. There are two entry sensors there, so trying to remove and replace battery one at a time.

To check this, on your Keypad press the menu button and then enter your Master PIN.If this sensor is not placed on metal, I would then recommend replacing its battery. You can either use a new CR-2032 Lithium 3V battery, or swap out a battery from another working Entry Sensor of yours. It might be 30-50 feet line of sight, but with walls and other obstacles it gets considerably shorter.

@SummerLavender unfortunately, older SS2 sensors will not work with SS3 sensors, and SS equipment only works with SS equipment. I wasn't sure what was your old sensors vs the new. To remove old SS sensors, they used 3M command strips, so you can slowly pully the tab on the tape and it should come off.This is actually the intended behavior - at least for the Base Station (the tower).
