GShade only works for me when I use normal Launcher. When I use XIV Launcher Gshade menu does not work.

I’ve tried re installing it…THAT didn’t work…I even got in touch with them on discord and tried their steps and that didn’t work either. I tried a multiple of things and my game STILL crashes. When I launch the game, the top window for Gshade says “compiling shaders” it’ll get to a shader and then freeze and crash.
