The NBME Practice Exams, on the other hand, are longer. There are 4 blocks in total, 200 questions each with a time allotment of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I think it's less predictive now than it was. I took it a couple weeks ago and thought it was harder than the NMBEs. If you have time you should still take it because it's extra practice plus an opportunity to learn from your mistakes.
