I've also seen that there are two different electrical connector configurations on the throttle body. Mine had the 6 pins in a row. I was able to track one down at the dealership.

Anytime the PCM is offline the lightning bolt light will come on. You may need a PCM or wiring. I have see both. Check the connectors and make sure they are seated good at the PCM.
