This Fuse Powers the Ignition Switch. Post what Voltage you find at this fuse. The Ignition Switch makes BCM_RC (HOT) +12 VDC which picks Relay RUN/CRANK by makingCheck fuses/relays. If the Injection Pump Fuse blew it would cause loss of communication. Sounds a lot like the old Cummins VP44 issue. The relay that gave the injection pump power had a faulty socket in the fuse block and would drop power and it would throw a communication code almost exactly like that and result in a no start condition. 2.Both brake lights dont work when the pedal was pushed. Ended up being a lgh, out of a cab chassis 2013, everything matched up other then one egr plug.
