I do some meso farming yes. I usually have time to farm mesos for about 8 hours a week, on top of my dailies. I only have 40% meso atm, however, at the end of each week, I usually end up getting 1.2b, which is exactly enough for 100 red cubes. IMO it's not that much work to get 100 cubes a week.

You dont meso farm. You do maple tour and ursus. People generally do not meso farm before arkanna. Arkanna is not only for meso, but also nodes and droplets. You wont need these until late game. My current kanna makes 150m per hour with 123% meso at 211. It is very unlikely you will have this set up bc this kanna is from bg/5thjob mp3.
