May 24, 2021 · When I am trying to obtain points from daily Microsoft searches, my pc searches and mobile searches are not working. However, the Microsoft edge search points are working. When I search on my Xbox however the PC searches work on that. Please could you provide a solution to fix this issue. Thanks.

I've now noticed that even the mobile edition of the browser is also not earning points. The thing is, this was all working just fine before. If I use Chrome/Edge on my PC or phone, it's fine.
