Months before the consolidation and any other months requiring the PSLF waiver review will not come until that review is complete on your account. It may be a couple months past the date of your first processed PSLF form. The Mohela payment tracker only shows payments beginning March 2020, the beginning of the pandemic pause.

I looked today and my balance is 0 on Mohela and all PSLF tracking is gone. My loans are still active on the Federal Student Aid website. I tried this morning to fill out the PSLF form to certify my last few months of employment, but the PSLF help tool wouldn't let me select that I've made 120 payments.
