Perfect mix of both and is not too far from the beach or downtown. The class sizes range but my largest class is only 50 people which is nice. Taking one of Professor Gulbas' courses is one of the best decisions you can make. She truly cares for her student's mental health. Course consists of 3 lecture videos a week and 15 responses (full semester) , reading 2 books outside of class and an 8 page simple essay that she walks you through during the semester.
